Chronic Illness and Disability Portfolio

Getting diagnosed with a chronic illness isn’t the end of the world, but it can feel that way.

Everything changed in my twenties when I was diagnosed with a chronic illness, and then again when I discovered that I was neurodivergent.

It re-shaped my perspectives on health, disability, and learning how to thrive. Disability isn’t something one must overcome in order to live a good, fulfilling life, it’s something that shapes the parameters of what you’re able to accomplish. With over two decades of lived experience, I bring a compassionate and nuanced understanding of what it is like to live with a disabling chronic illness. Through empowering, science-based content, I can help you deliver content that informs and inspires.
